The VALUE COLLECTION MP31329 is a Grade 5 steel split lock washer designed for 1/2 inch fastener applications. The split lock design bites into the mating surface and fastener to resist loosening caused by vibration and torque loading. The zinc plated finish provides basic corrosion resistance for general indoor and light outdoor use. This washer measures 0.502 to 0.512 inches inside diameter with a maximum outside diameter of 0.869 inches and a thickness of 0.125 inches. It is installed by electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and mechanical contractors wherever a 1/2 inch fastener requires positive locking retention.

This split lock washer is suited for general mechanical assembly, equipment mounting, pipe hanger hardware, electrical enclosure fastening, and structural bracketing in residential and light commercial applications.
