The VALUE COLLECTION ICP65010H is a solid carbide turning insert designed for precision metal cutting operations on CNC lathes and manual turning centers. Carrying the ANSI insert code SCMT32.52 and ISO insert code SCMT09T308, this insert features a TiN (titanium nitride) coating over a carbide substrate graded TCN55. The square insert shape provides four usable cutting edges, and the positive side clearance reduces cutting forces during turning. With a 3/8-inch inscribed circle and a 1/32-inch corner radius, it is suited for general-purpose external and internal turning passes where controlled chip formation and wear resistance are required.

This insert is intended for use in screw-type toolholders compatible with SCMT-style seating. It is primarily applied in turning operations on steel and stainless steel workpiece materials, as indicated by primary workpiece material codes M and P. Typical applications include OD turning, facing, and light profiling on ferrous alloys in production machining environments. It is sold individually but must be ordered in multiples of 10.
