The VALUE COLLECTION ICP11035D is a solid carbide milling insert designed for metal removal in milling operations. It carries the ISO designation SECN190416 and is finished with a TiN (titanium nitride) coating that increases surface hardness and reduces friction at the cutting edge. The insert has a square shape with a 90-degree included angle, a 3/16-inch thickness, a 3/4-inch inscribed circle, and a 1/16-inch corner radius. The material grade is C5 and the manufacturer grade is ICP55M. These inserts are installed by machinists and tooling technicians in CNC milling setups where repeatable insert geometry is required.
This insert is suited for milling ferrous and non-ferrous materials where a square SEC-style insert seat is specified. The 20-degree relief angle reduces rubbing on the workpiece and is appropriate for both roughing and semi-finishing passes depending on feed rate and depth of cut. Typical installations occur in tool bodies designed to accept SECN-series insert geometry. The TiN coating extends tool life in general-purpose machining applications. These inserts are sold individually but must be ordered in multiples of 10.

Installation is performed by a machinist or tooling technician. Power down and de-energize the machine spindle before changing inserts. Use the correct torx or hex key specified by the tool body manufacturer to seat the insert — do not overtighten the clamping screw. Inspect the insert pocket for chips or debris before seating a new insert to ensure proper contact and repeatable runout.
