The VALUE COLLECTION GAR13050 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precise milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. With a 3/32 inch (0.0938 inch) cutting diameter and a 3/8 inch length of cut, this tool handles slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling in tight-tolerance work. The 4-flute, spiral-flute geometry with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. Centercutting capability allows plunge milling without a pre-drilled entry point. The micrograin carbide construction provides wear resistance and edge retention across a range of workpiece materials. This end mill is sold individually and is suited for use in CNC machining centers and manual knee mills.
This end mill is intended for regular-length milling applications in shop environments where small-diameter precision tooling is required. The 1/8 inch shank diameter fits standard collets and tool holders commonly found in production and tool-and-die shops. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute orientation follow conventional milling configurations. The uncoated finish makes it suitable for use with cutting fluids where tool-material interaction must be controlled. Machinists, CNC operators, and tool-and-die makers are the typical installers and users of this tooling.
Designed for use with standard 1/8 inch collets and tool holders in CNC machining centers and manual milling machines where small-diameter solid carbide end mills are specified.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and locked out before changing tooling. Seat the shank fully into the collet or tool holder and torque the retention mechanism per the tool holder manufacturer's guidelines. Verify runout with a dial indicator before production use to protect edge integrity on small-diameter carbide tooling.
