The VALUE COLLECTION G240 80X50 is a malleable iron reducing coupling designed for threaded pipe connections in liquid, gas, and steam systems. This Class 150 fitting transitions from a 3-inch pipe to a 2-inch pipe and is rated for 300 psi on liquid and gas service and 150 psi on steam service. The galvanized finish provides corrosion resistance for both indoor and outdoor installations. Plumbers and pipefitters install this coupling as part of black or galvanized iron pipe assemblies where a change in pipe diameter is required within a run.
