The VALUE COLLECTION FDNYD1-110(5) is a female wire disconnect terminal designed for quick-connect and quick-release wiring applications in electrical panels, control circuits, and equipment wiring harnesses. The terminal uses a double crimp connection method, securing both the wire conductor and insulation for a reliable mechanical and electrical bond. It accepts 22 to 16 AWG wire and fits a 0.11-inch tab width male spade terminal. The nylon insulation is partially applied and color-coded red for fast circuit identification during installation and service. Brass contact material provides good conductivity and corrosion resistance in typical indoor electrical environments. This terminal is sold individually with a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces.
This disconnect is suited for low-voltage control wiring in residential and light commercial HVAC systems, appliance wiring, electrical panels, and general equipment harnesses. Electricians, HVAC technicians, and panel builders use these terminals when wiring thermostats, control boards, relays, and other low-current devices where tool-free field disconnects are needed. The 22-16 AWG range covers most small-gauge control circuit wire commonly found in these applications.
Designed for use with male spade terminals having a 0.11-inch tab width. Suitable for 22-16 AWG control wiring in HVAC, appliance, and general electrical wiring applications where a standard female disconnect terminal is required.
Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician or HVAC technician in accordance with applicable NEC requirements. De-energize the circuit completely before crimping or connecting terminals. Use a proper ratcheting crimp tool rated for the wire gauge and terminal type to achieve a consistent double crimp. Avoid using pliers or non-rated tools, as improper crimping can result in high-resistance joints or pull-out failures.
