The VALUE COLLECTION ER11 WRENCH is a spanner-style collet chuck wrench designed for tightening and loosening ER11 series collet nuts on CNC machining centers, milling machines, and routing spindles. At 6 inches in length, the wrench provides controlled leverage to achieve proper collet nut seating without over-torquing. It is a single-piece hand tool used by machinists and tool crib technicians during tool changes and spindle setup operations.
This wrench is used wherever ER11 collet chucks are employed, including CNC routers, engraving machines, small milling spindles, and PCB drilling equipment. The spanner design engages the flats or pins of the ER11 collet nut directly, keeping the interface secure and reducing the risk of nut damage during tightening. It is suited for both production-floor tool changes and bench-level spindle service work.
Designed for use with ER11 series collet chucks and collet nuts across standard ER11-compatible spindles and toolholders.
Power down and lock out the spindle before performing any collet or toolholder service. Use the wrench to hold the collet nut while a second wrench or spindle lock secures the chuck body. Do not use extension bars or pipe on this wrench to increase leverage, as over-torquing can deform the collet nut or damage the spindle taper. Follow the machine manufacturer's recommended collet nut torque procedure.
