The VALUE COLLECTION CR-15 is a cartridge roll mandrel designed to hold abrasive cartridge rolls during grinding, deburring, and finishing operations. The mandrel features a 3/16 inch pilot diameter with a 3/4 inch pilot length, paired with a 1/4 inch shank diameter and a 1 inch shank length, giving it a 2-3/4 inch overall length. The quick-change design allows for fast abrasive roll swaps without removing the mandrel from the spindle, reducing downtime in production and maintenance environments. Machinists, tool and die workers, and metal fabricators are the primary users of this type of tooling.
