The VALUE COLLECTION C1615020 is a high speed steel T-slot cutter designed for milling T-slots in machine tables, fixtures, and workholding components. The cutter measures 21/32 inches in diameter with a 17/64 inch cutting width, sized to cut slots that accept 5/16 inch T-slot bolts. The staggered tooth configuration reduces cutting load and helps clear chips during passes. A 1/2 inch shank diameter provides solid tool holding in standard milling chucks and collets. This tool is used by machinists and tool-and-die professionals working on manual or CNC knee mills and vertical machining centers.
This T-slot cutter is suited for creating T-slots in mild steel, aluminum, and similar machinable materials where standard bolt-retention grooves are required.
