The VALUE COLLECTION BDNA-7661 is a standard grease fitting threaded to a 1/4-28 straight thread specification and constructed from stainless steel. Grease fittings, also called zerk or lubrication fittings, accept a grease gun coupler and allow pressurized lubricant to be injected into a bearing, joint, or pivot point without disassembling the component. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion in wet, washdown, or chemically aggressive environments where standard carbon steel fittings would degrade prematurely.
