The VALUE COLLECTION BD3038 is a Type 1 (01/41) reinforced aluminum oxide cutoff wheel designed for aggressive cutting on steel and stainless steel. At 4-1/2 inches in diameter and only 0.045 inches thick, it produces a narrow kerf that reduces material loss and heat buildup during cuts. The 60-grit aluminum oxide abrasive and T hardness code make it well suited for production cutting and general fabrication work. Rated to a maximum of 13,300 RPM, this wheel fits standard 4-1/2 inch angle grinders and cut-off tools equipped with a 7/8 inch arbor.
