The VALUE COLLECTION BD-TNB-5241- is a 3/8 inch trade size angled compression connector designed for liquid-tight conduit systems. Constructed from malleable iron and steel, this non-insulated fitting uses a compression connection method to secure liquid-tight flexible conduit to enclosures, junction boxes, and equipment. The angled body allows the conduit to exit at a set angle, reducing stress on the conduit and simplifying routing in tight or congested installations. Electricians and maintenance technicians rely on this type of fitting where moisture resistance and mechanical protection are required at the termination point.
This connector is suited for use in residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical installations where liquid-tight flexible metal or non-metallic conduit must be terminated at a box or panel knockout. Common applications include motor connections, HVAC equipment wiring, pump controls, and outdoor equipment where conduit must change direction close to the termination point. The 3/8 inch trade size accommodates standard liquid-tight conduit of matching nominal size. Each package contains 25 connectors.
Designed for use with 3/8 inch trade size liquid-tight flexible conduit, both metallic and non-metallic types, in standard knockout termination applications.
Installation is performed by licensed electricians in accordance with NEC Article 350 for liquid-tight flexible metal conduit or Article 356 for liquid-tight flexible non-metallic conduit. De-energize all circuits and verify the absence of voltage before beginning any conduit termination work. The compression nut should be tightened with an appropriate wrench to achieve a secure, rattle-free fit without over-torquing the malleable iron body. Verify that the knockout size matches the 3/8 inch trade size connector before installation.
