The VALUE COLLECTION BD-17211 is a non-insulated square ring terminal designed for crimp-style wire termination on 6 AWG conductors. The terminal features a copper contact with TiN (titanium nitride) plating, which provides a durable, low-resistance connection point. It measures 1.39 inches in overall length and 0.6 inches in ring width, with a 3/8 inch stud size. This terminal is used by electricians and wire harness technicians to create secure, permanent lug connections at grounding points, bus bars, and equipment terminals. Sold in a pack of 10.
This square ring terminal is suited for low-voltage electrical assemblies, grounding circuits, and panel wiring applications where a non-insulated, bare crimp lug is the required termination style. The square ring geometry seats flat against fastener hardware, reducing the chance of rotation under the stud. Typical installations include control panels, power distribution assemblies, and equipment grounding connections in commercial and industrial environments.
Designed for use with 6 AWG wire in non-insulated crimp lug applications requiring a 3/8 inch stud size. Consult applicable wiring specifications to confirm fitment for your installation.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable NEC requirements. De-energize and lock out the circuit before terminating or replacing any lug connections. Use a calibrated ratchet crimp tool rated for the wire gauge and terminal type to ensure a gas-tight crimp. Do not solder over a crimped connection unless the terminal is specifically rated for combination termination.
