Machined from cobalt steel with a bright uncoated finish, it delivers solid heat and wear resistance suited to harder workpiece materials. The 90-degree included angle and plain cutting edge produce clean, consistent countersunk recesses. The double-end configuration extends usable tool life by providing two cutting ends. At 1.875 inches overall length and a 0.1875-inch body diameter, it fits standard drill chucks and is sized for precision work in tight locations.

This combo drill countersink is used in metal fabrication, aerospace prep work, and general machining applications where a flat-head fastener seat must be formed flush with or below the workpiece surface.
