The VALUE COLLECTION B8MSTFE0750C650 is a fully threaded stud machined to ASTM B8M standards in 316 stainless steel with an uncoated plain finish. The stud measures 3/4-10 UNC thread size with an overall length of 6.5 inches, and the thread runs the full length — there is no unthreaded shank. Thread fit is Class 2A, indicating a standard external thread tolerance suitable for general-purpose fastening applications. The 316 stainless steel construction provides corrosion resistance in harsh or wet environments. This fastener is handled and installed by millwrights, pipefitters, maintenance mechanics, and industrial assembly technicians.
This fully threaded stud is appropriate for use in industrial, marine, chemical processing, and food-service environments where 316 stainless steel is specified for elevated corrosion resistance. The right-hand thread direction and Class 2A fit allow pairing with standard 2B-tolerance nuts and tapped holes. Applications include flange bolting, structural assemblies, pump and valve mounting, and general mechanical fastening where an all-thread configuration is required to accommodate variable stack-up thickness or double-nut clamping.
Designed for use with standard 3/4-10 UNC Class 2B nuts, couplers, and tapped components. Suitable as a general-purpose all-thread fastener wherever ASTM B8M 316 stainless steel studs are specified.
Installation is typically performed by qualified mechanics or tradespeople using standard hand or power torque tooling rated for 3/4-inch fasteners. Always de-energize, depressurize, or isolate the assembly before removing or replacing studs in pressurized or mechanical systems. Apply anti-seize compound compatible with stainless steel to prevent galling during installation, as 316 stainless fasteners are prone to thread galling when driven without lubrication. Torque values should be determined from applicable engineering specifications or fastener torque tables for the specific joint design.
