The VALUE COLLECTION AT3-19-A is a twin vibration-control clamp designed to secure and isolate tubing in mechanical and HVAC piping installations. Constructed from polypropylene, it provides corrosion resistance in wet or chemically active environments. The clamp measures 2.64 inches wide, 1.85 inches high, and 1.18 inches deep, and is sized for 3/4 inch tube outside diameter. A steel mounting plate is included for rigid attachment to framing, unistrut, or structural surfaces. This type of clamp is used by HVAC technicians, plumbers, and pipefitters to reduce vibration transmission from tubing to building structure.
The AT3-19-A is suited for residential and light commercial mechanical systems where vibration isolation is needed along refrigerant lines, copper water lines, or similar 3/4 inch OD tubing runs. It is a single-unit, stock item packaged individually. Typical installations include equipment rooms, mechanical chases, and rooftop HVAC units where line vibration can transmit noise into the structure.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation vibration-control clamp for 3/4 inch OD tubing in residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical piping systems.
Installation is typically performed by licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, or pipefitters. Shut off and depressurize any affected lines before repositioning or clamping tubing. Fasten the steel mounting plate to a structurally sound substrate using appropriate fasteners for the mounting surface material. Follow applicable mechanical codes, such as the International Mechanical Code, for required support spacing and vibration isolation guidelines.
