The VALUE COLLECTION 934-000-061 is a cobalt square end mill designed for milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, it delivers heat resistance and edge retention when cutting ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The double-end configuration provides two usable cutting ends, extending tool life per unit. With a 0.125-inch cutting diameter, a 0.375-inch length of cut, and a 40-degree helix angle, this end mill produces clean side and slot milling passes. It arrives bright and uncoated, ready for use in standard flood or dry cutting setups. Machinists and CNC operators working on manual mills or machining centers are the primary users of this tool.
This end mill suits general-purpose milling tasks in job shop, tool room, and production environments. The 0.1875-inch straight shank fits standard collet chucks and end mill holders. The 2.25-inch overall length keeps the tool compact and rigid for short-reach applications. Centercutting capability allows direct plunge entry into a workpiece without pre-drilling. The right-hand cut and right-hand spiral flute geometry is compatible with conventional CNC machining center spindle rotation. It is well suited for slotting, profiling, and pocketing in steel, stainless, cast iron, and similar materials.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard tooling selection for 0.125-inch diameter end mill applications in collet chucks and end mill holders accepting a 0.1875-inch straight shank.
Installation is performed by a machinist or CNC operator. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the tool holder is clean and free of debris before seating the shank in the collet or holder. Verify runout with a dial indicator after tightening to reduce tool deflection and premature wear. Do not exceed the rated length of cut when side milling, as overextension can cause tool breakage at this diameter.
