The VALUE COLLECTION 724-5110 is a cobalt roughing finishing end mill designed for material removal and surface finishing in a single tool. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel and coated with Titanium Nitride (TiN), this end mill handles tough ferrous and non-ferrous materials where standard HSS tooling wears prematurely. It features a 1/2 inch cutting diameter, four flutes, a square end geometry, and a 30-degree helix angle. The Weldon flat shank provides positive retention in compatible tool holders. It is a single-end, right-hand cut tool suited for milling operations on manual and CNC machining centers.

This end mill is used in job shop, production, and maintenance machining environments. The roughing-finishing geometry reduces chatter during aggressive cuts while still producing an acceptable finish, making it practical for profiling, slotting, and peripheral milling. The 5/8 inch length of cut and 2-5/8 inch overall length suit it to standard-depth pocketing and contouring work.
