Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel and coated with Titanium Nitride (TiN), it delivers improved wear resistance and heat tolerance compared to standard HSS tooling. The 3/8 inch diameter, 4-flute configuration with a 30-degree helix angle provides efficient chip evacuation and a smooth finish. The square end geometry suits slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling cuts. A Weldon flat shank ensures positive drive and minimal slippage in the tool holder. This end mill is a single-end tool intended for use by machinists and tool-and-die professionals in manual or CNC milling applications.

This end mill is suited for use on ferrous metals, alloy steels, and harder workpiece materials where cobalt tooling offers a performance advantage over standard M2 HSS.
