Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel and coated with Titanium Nitride (TiN), it delivers extended tool life in ferrous and hard materials. The 9/32-inch cutting diameter, 3-flute configuration, and 30-degree helix angle work together to balance chip evacuation and surface finish. The square end profile produces flat-bottomed cuts and sharp 90-degree shoulders. This end mill is installed and operated by machinists and tool-and-die professionals working with vertical mills, knee mills, and CNC machining centers.

Suited for milling operations in ferrous metals and alloys, this end mill handles both roughing passes and finishing work, reducing tool changes on the shop floor. The Weldon flat shank provides a positive, non-slip connection in standard set-screw holders with a 3/8-inch bore.
