Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel with a bright/uncoated finish, it delivers heat resistance and edge retention on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The tool features a 0.5-inch mill diameter, a 1.25-inch length of cut, and a 3.25-inch overall length. Three right-hand flutes with a high helix style efficiently clear chips and reduce chatter during heavy roughing passes. Center-cutting geometry allows plunge entry. This end mill is installed and used by machinists and tool-and-die professionals on vertical and horizontal milling machines and CNC machining centers.
