The VALUE COLLECTION 720-1175 is a single-end square end mill designed for general-purpose milling operations in metal, plastics, and similar machinable materials. Ground from M2 high speed steel and left uncoated (bright finish), it features a 2-flute, right-hand spiral configuration with a 30-degree helix angle and centercutting capability, allowing it to plunge directly into the workpiece. The 0.25-inch cutting diameter and 0.625-inch length of cut make it well suited for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling in light to medium-duty applications on manual mills and CNC machining centers.

This end mill is intended for use in job shops, tool rooms, and maintenance environments where a reliable, fractional-inch HSS cutter is needed without the cost of a coated carbide option. The 0.375-inch shank diameter fits standard collets and end mill holders on most knee mills and vertical machining centers. Extended reach geometry, with a 1.5-inch reach length and 3.0625-inch overall length, provides clearance for setups where a standard-length tool would not reach the cut zone.
