The 1/4 inch arbor hole fits standard rotary tool mandrels and die grinders. Its compact size makes it well suited for detail work in tight areas where larger wheels cannot reach. This wheel is used in bench grinder setups, rotary tools, and handheld die grinders for polishing, light surface conditioning, and pre-plate finishing. The soft density rating makes it appropriate for delicate final-pass work where aggressive cutting is not required. Installation is performed by threading or pressing the wheel onto a compatible 1/4 inch mandrel rated for the intended RPM. Confirm the spindle speed rating of the tool does not exceed the wheel's maximum rated speed before operation. Always inspect the wheel for damage before mounting and wear appropriate eye protection during use. Secure the mandrel locknut firmly before powering on the tool.
