The VALUE COLLECTION 33567 is a Grade 5 steel split lock washer designed for 3/4-inch fastener applications. Split lock washers resist loosening caused by vibration and torque by biting into the mating surface when the fastener is tightened. This washer is supplied uncoated with a bright finish and carries no special military specification rating. With an inside diameter ranging from 0.753 to 0.766 inches and a maximum outside diameter of 1.285 inches, it is sized to standard 3/4-inch screw and bolt applications. The 0.226-inch thickness provides consistent spring tension across a wide range of assembly types. Plumbers, HVAC mechanics, electricians, and general mechanical contractors routinely use split lock washers in equipment mounting and structural fastening work.
This washer is suited for use in residential and commercial mechanical assemblies where fastener retention under vibration is required. Typical applications include equipment base plates, pipe hanger hardware, electrical panel mounting hardware, and general structural fastening in both indoor and protected outdoor environments. The uncoated bright finish is appropriate for dry or lightly exposed installations where corrosion resistance is not a primary requirement. This part is sold individually, with a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces.
Designed as a standard-dimension split lock washer for use with 3/4-inch screws and bolts in general mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical assembly applications.
Install with the split ends oriented so they bite into both the fastener bearing surface and the mating material as the fastener is torqued down. Always place the split lock washer between the fastener head or nut and the flat washer or mating surface. Power down or depressurize any system before disassembling fastened joints in live mechanical or electrical assemblies. Follow applicable codes including NEC, IPC, or IFGC as appropriate for the trade and installation context.
