The VALUE COLLECTION 30619 is a solid carbide square end mill engineered for precision milling in metal fabrication and machining environments. It features a 1/4 inch diameter cutting face with four flutes and a 3/4 inch length of cut, delivering clean, accurate square-shoulder profiles in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The micrograin carbide substrate provides the hardness and rigidity needed for tight-tolerance work at higher feed rates. A TiAlN coating reduces heat buildup at the cutting edge, extending tool life in dry or minimal-lubrication conditions. This tool is single-ended and runs in a right-hand cutting direction with a 30-degree helix angle for efficient chip evacuation.
This end mill is suited for job shop, production machining, and tool-and-die applications where consistent dimensional accuracy is required. The straight, 1/4 inch shank fits standard collet chucks and end mill holders commonly found on vertical machining centers and CNC routers. Its regular-length geometry and centercutting capability allow it to enter material in both plunge and side-milling operations. The Series 3200 designation places this tool in a general-purpose solid carbide lineup appropriate for steel, stainless, aluminum, and similar workpiece materials.
Designed for use in standard 1/4 inch collet chucks and end mill holders on vertical machining centers, knee mills, and CNC routers. Fits any spindle tooling rated for a straight 1/4 inch shank with a shank diameter tolerance of +0.0000 / -0.00035 inches.
Installation is performed by machining professionals or qualified CNC operators. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the control is in E-stop or lockout state before loading or changing tooling. Seat the shank fully into the collet or holder and torque retention hardware to the tool holder manufacturer specification. Verify runout with a dial indicator before beginning cuts to confirm proper seating and avoid premature edge wear.
