Built to Series 2610 specifications, it features a 21/64-inch (0.3281-inch decimal) diameter and a 3-5/16-inch flute length on a 6-inch overall length body. The 135-degree split point geometry is self-centering, reducing the need for a center punch and minimizing walking on hard or curved surfaces. Right-hand spiral flutes with a tapered web configuration and web-thinned point reduce thrust and improve chip evacuation during through-hole drilling in metal.

This drill bit is suited for general-purpose metal drilling in aviation, sheet metal fabrication, HVAC ductwork, and structural applications where extended reach is required.
