The VALUE COLLECTION 183-6734 is a single-end corner rounding end mill designed to produce smooth, radiused edges on ferrous and non-ferrous workpieces. Built from M2 high speed steel and finished with a titanium nitride (TiN) coating, this tool offers improved wear resistance and longer service life compared to uncoated HSS tooling. It features a 1-1/8 inch cutting diameter with a 19/64 inch corner radius and four right-hand flutes. The 3/4 inch shank diameter provides solid rigidity in standard milling chucks and collet holders. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals use this type of cutter for edge blending, mold work, and general CNC or manual mill operations.
