The VALUE COLLECTION 182-6353 is a single-end corner rounding end mill designed to machine consistent radius profiles on workpiece edges. Built from M2 high speed steel with a bright, uncoated finish, it delivers reliable performance in general-purpose milling applications on ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The tool features a 9/16 inch corner radius and a 1-5/16 inch (1.9375 inch) mill diameter, with 4 right-hand flutes providing a balance of chip clearance and edge strength. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals use this style of end mill to break sharp corners, add decorative radii, and prepare part edges for downstream finishing or assembly operations.
This end mill is suited for manual knee mills, CNC machining centers, and production milling setups where a controlled corner radius is required. With a 3/4 inch shank diameter and a 4 inch overall length, it mounts directly into standard end mill holders, collet chucks, or Weldon-style side-lock holders found in most shop environments. The right-hand cutting direction is compatible with conventional climb-milling operations on standard vertical or horizontal spindle machines. Typical applications include mold and die work, fixture plates, and general machine component finishing.
Designed as a standard single-end corner rounding end mill with a 3/4 inch shank diameter, compatible with end mill holders, collet chucks, and Weldon-style holders sized for 3/4 inch shanks on vertical and horizontal milling machines.
Installation and operation should be performed by a qualified machinist familiar with end mill tooling and milling machine operation. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and locked out before mounting or removing the tool. Secure the shank fully within the holder to the minimum insertion depth recommended by the holder manufacturer to prevent tool pullout during cuts. Inspect the cutting edges for chips or damage before each use, and do not exceed the speed and feed parameters appropriate for M2 high speed steel at the given diameter.
