The VALUE COLLECTION 167-094NL is a dielectric union designed to connect dissimilar metal pipes in plumbing and hydronic systems. Dielectric unions prevent galvanic corrosion at the joint where copper and steel piping meet by isolating the two metals with a non-conductive sleeve and washer. This union features a 3/4-inch female NPT thread, a 3/4-inch male NPT thread, and a 3/4-inch sweat (solder) end, giving installers flexibility at the connection point. Installation Notes
