The VALUE COLLECTION 13142 is a 3/4 inch malleable iron pipe union rated for 300 psi liquid and gas service and 150 psi steam service. Unions allow piping systems to be disconnected and reconnected at a single joint without disturbing the rest of the run, making them a standard fitting in gas, water, and steam distribution lines. The galvanized finish provides corrosion resistance for use in exposed or mildly corrosive environments. Each order includes five unions. This fitting is Class 150 and is commonly installed by licensed plumbers and pipefitters on residential and light commercial systems.
