The VALUE COLLECTION 13129 is a countersunk hex plug designed for threaded pipe systems in plumbing, HVAC, and industrial piping applications. Machined from Class 150 malleable iron with a galvanized finish, this plug seats flush into a female-threaded fitting or port to cap off an open line. It carries a liquid and gas pressure rating of 300 psi and a steam pressure rating of 150 psi, making it suitable for a wide range of service conditions. The internal hex drive allows installation with a hex key in tight spaces where a standard external hex would be obstructed. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters are the primary installers.

This plug is used to close unused outlet ports on manifolds, valves, and pipe tees in residential and commercial piping systems. Common applications include capping branch connections on gas distribution lines, hydronic heating systems, compressed air lines, and steam piping operating within the rated pressure limits. Installation Notes
