The VALUE COLLECTION -12129-7 is a forged carbon steel threaded pipe coupling finished in black, rated for Class 3000 service. It is designed to join two lengths of pipe using NPT (National Pipe Taper) threads on both ends. With a pressure rating of 3000 psi, this coupling is built for demanding liquid and gas piping systems where a dependable, leak-resistant threaded connection is required. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and mechanical contractors install this type of fitting in commercial and industrial piping assemblies. Each package contains two couplings.

Installation Notes

Shut off and bleed down the piping system before removing or installing any threaded fittings. Apply an appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape rated for the service fluid before making up the connection. Do not over-tighten threaded connections, as this can crack the fitting body or distort the thread form.
