The VALUE COLLECTION 116AL35160 is an analog pressure gauge designed for monitoring system pressure in plumbing, HVAC, and industrial fluid-handling applications. It features a 4-inch dial with a 0 to 160 psi range and 1 percent of full-scale accuracy, making it suitable for general-purpose pressure measurement where reliable readings are required. The gauge uses a stainless steel Bourdon tube mechanism and stainless steel wetted parts, which resist corrosion in water, air, and many mild chemical service conditions. The stainless steel case adds durability in demanding field environments. Connection is via a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount fitting, which is the standard bottom-entry configuration used in most panel and pipe installations. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and pipefitters commonly specify this gauge type.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing and HVAC installations where lower-mount gauges are required on manifolds, pressure test ports, boiler systems, compressed air lines, and water supply systems. The 4-inch dial provides clear readability at typical working distances. The dry (non-liquid-filled) design keeps the unit lightweight and easy to handle during installation and service calls.
Designed as a general-purpose replacement or new-installation pressure gauge compatible with any system using a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount port rated within the 0 to 160 psi range.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified HVAC technician. Shut off system pressure and bleed the line to zero before connecting or removing the gauge. Apply thread sealant tape or compound to the NPT threads in accordance with applicable IPC or IFGC requirements, and hand-tighten before using a wrench to avoid overtightening the gauge body. Do not exceed the rated 160 psi maximum working pressure.
