The VALUE COLLECTION 116AB20100 is a liquid-filled analog pressure gauge designed for use in fluid and gas monitoring applications across HVAC, plumbing, and industrial systems. The gauge features a 2-inch dial with a 0 to 100 psi pressure range and a 1/4-inch NPT center back mount connection. It is glycerine-filled to dampen needle vibration and extend service life in high-cycle or pulsating pressure environments. The stainless steel case and fully stainless steel wetted parts make it suitable for corrosive media and wet locations. Accuracy is rated at plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of scale. Licensed tradespeople and service technicians install this gauge as part of pressure monitoring assemblies in both residential and light commercial settings.
This gauge fits standard NPT center back mount installations on pipelines, manifolds, pressure vessels, and pump assemblies. The 2-inch dial size is appropriate for panel-mount or close-quarters applications where space is limited. The glycerine fill makes it well suited for systems with vibration or pressure fluctuation, such as pump discharge lines, boiler systems, and refrigeration-adjacent piping. The stainless steel construction supports use with water, glycol solutions, and mildly corrosive process fluids.
Designed for standard 1/4-inch NPT center back mount installations on pressure lines, pump assemblies, manifolds, and pressure vessels in HVAC, plumbing, and general industrial piping applications.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, or qualified mechanics. Shut off system pressure and relieve residual pressure in the line before removing or installing the gauge. Apply thread sealant appropriate for the process fluid to the NPT threads before installation. Do not overtighten the gauge connection, as stainless steel fittings are susceptible to galling.
