The VALUE COLLECTION 115AL25200D is an analog pressure gauge designed for monitoring system pressure in plumbing, HVAC, and light industrial applications. The gauge features a 2.5-inch dial with a 0 to 200 psi range and a lower-mount 1/4-inch NPT connection, making it straightforward to install in-line or on a tee fitting. The stainless steel case provides corrosion resistance in demanding environments, while the brass wetted parts suit standard water, air, and compatible fluid service. Accuracy is rated at plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of scale. The dry (non-liquid-filled) Bourdon tube design keeps the unit lightweight at 0.3 pounds.
The 115AL25200D is suited for residential and light commercial installations where a reliable, direct-reading pressure gauge is needed. Common applications include domestic water supply monitoring, compressed air systems, hydronic heating loops, and general plumbing test setups. The lower-mount configuration positions the dial face upright when the gauge is threaded into a vertical or bottom-entry port, which is the typical orientation in most pipe-mounted installations. A licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or pipefitter would handle installation in code-governed systems.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for systems with 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount gauge ports rated up to 200 psi, including plumbing, HVAC, and compressed air applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified technician in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes. Depressurize and isolate the system fully before removing an existing gauge or threading in a new one. Apply thread sealant tape or approved pipe compound to the male NPT threads before installation — do not overtighten, as brass and stainless fittings can crack. Verify system pressure is within the 0 to 200 psi rated range before returning the system to service.
