The VALUE COLLECTION 111CB25200 is an analog pressure gauge designed for monitoring system pressure in plumbing, HVAC, and general industrial applications. It features a 2.5-inch dial with a 0 to 200 psi range and a bronze Bourdon tube that flexes proportionally to pressure, driving the analog needle. The ABS case keeps the assembly lightweight at 0.2 pounds, while brass wetted parts provide reliable corrosion resistance in typical service conditions. Accuracy is rated at plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of scale. The gauge mounts via a 1/4-inch NPT center back connection, allowing direct inline or manifold installation.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial applications where a compact, dry-fill analog readout is needed. Typical uses include boiler system monitoring, chiller or cooling tower circuits, pump discharge and suction lines, compressed air systems, and general fluid pressure checks. The center back mount orientation keeps the dial face forward and readable when installed on a panel, manifold, or tee fitting. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and pipefitters routinely use gauges of this type for both permanent installation and service diagnostics.
Designed as a standard replacement or new-installation analog pressure gauge for systems using 1/4-inch NPT back-mount connections, including plumbing, HVAC, boiler, compressed air, and general fluid service lines.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local codes and ASME B40.100 pressure gauge standards. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing an existing gauge or installing this unit. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads before hand-tightening and finishing with a wrench — avoid over-tightening, which can crack the ABS case. Do not install this dry-fill gauge in high-vibration or pulsating-pressure environments without a pulsation dampener or snubber in line.
