The VALUE COLLECTION 111CB15200 is a 1.5-inch dial analog pressure gauge designed for fluid and gas pressure measurement in a wide range of plumbing, HVAC, and industrial service applications. It reads from 0 to 200 psi with a stated accuracy of plus or minus 3-2-3 percent of scale, meaning 3 percent at the low and high ends and 2 percent in the mid-range. The case is constructed from ABS plastic, and all wetted internal components are brass, including a bronze Bourdon tube sensing element. The gauge uses a 1/8-inch NPT center back mount connection, making it straightforward to thread into a tee, manifold, or test port. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and mechanical contractors are the typical installers.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial service work where a compact, non-liquid-filled gauge is appropriate. The 1.5-inch dial fits in tight panel or manifold locations where larger gauges would not clear. Common applications include boiler pressure monitoring, domestic water system testing, compressed air circuits, and general mechanical system diagnostics. The center back mount orientation allows the gauge face to sit flush against a panel or read cleanly when installed inline on a pipe nipple or fitting. It is not liquid filled, so it is best suited for non-pulsating or low-vibration service conditions.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or service gauge for any system with a 1/8-inch NPT port requiring a 0 to 200 psi analog pressure gauge with center back mount orientation.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified mechanical contractor following applicable local codes and ASME B40.100 gauge standards. Shut off system pressure and relieve line pressure completely before removing an existing gauge or installing this unit. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the NPT threads but avoid getting sealant inside the port where it could contact the Bourdon tube. Do not overtighten the 1/8-inch NPT fitting, as ABS case materials and small-diameter brass threads are susceptible to cracking under excessive torque.
