The VALUE COLLECTION 1106EPP is a 10-32 x 3/8 inch pan head machine screw designed for general-purpose fastening in mechanical and electrical assemblies. The Phillips drive allows fast installation with standard hand and power tools. Constructed from steel with a zinc finish, this screw resists corrosion in typical indoor service environments. The 3/8 inch dimension is measured as length under head, per the ASME B18.13a and SAE J82 standards. An external tooth washer style is integrated into the design. This screw is sized for use in light-duty machine assemblies, enclosures, panels, and equipment where a unified fine thread is required. Sold in a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces per package.
The 1106EPP is suited for applications in HVAC equipment assembly, electrical panel work, light-gauge sheet metal, and general machine component fastening. The 10-32 unified fine thread engages cleanly in tapped holes and threaded inserts common in control boxes, junction enclosures, and equipment housings. The pan head profile sits flush enough for most surface-mount applications while providing a broad bearing surface. This fastener is appropriate for use by electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and maintenance professionals working on equipment that requires fine-thread machine screws in the No. 10 size.
Designed as a standard 10-32 pan head Phillips machine screw for use in any application requiring a unified fine thread fastener conforming to ASME B18.13a and SAE J82 specifications.
Install using a Phillips-head screwdriver or bit driver sized for a No. 2 Phillips tip. De-energize any electrical panel or equipment before fastening hardware inside live enclosures, following applicable NEC guidelines. Do not overtighten into tapped holes in light-gauge material to avoid stripping threads. Verify thread engagement depth is adequate for the material being fastened before applying final torque.
