The USA INDUSTRIALS BULK-RS-N90-64 is a high-strength neoprene rubber roll with a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive backing. It measures 60 inches long by 36 inches wide and 0.25 inches thick, with a Shore 90A durometer rating that indicates a firm, dense material well-suited for heavy-duty sealing and gasketing work. Neoprene at this hardness level resists oils, water, and refrigerants while standing up to weathering, ozone, and moderate abrasion. HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial maintenance crews use this material for fabricating custom gaskets, vibration pads, seals, and protective liners on the job.
This roll is appropriate for both residential and commercial applications where a cut-to-size neoprene sheet is needed. Common uses include custom-cut pipe gaskets, equipment mounting pads, compressor isolation strips, and sealing applications in refrigeration and HVAC systems. The acrylic adhesive backing allows the material to be positioned and bonded directly to metal, wood, or masonry surfaces without a separate adhesive step. The black color and 90A hardness make it a practical choice for outdoor or mechanical room installations exposed to UV and moisture.
Designed as a general-purpose neoprene sheeting material for custom fabrication of gaskets, seals, pads, and liners in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and industrial maintenance applications.
Cut to the required shape using a sharp utility knife, die cutter, or gasket punch on a flat, stable surface. Clean and dry the mating surface thoroughly before applying the adhesive side to ensure proper bond strength. For mechanical sealing applications, verify that the material thickness and durometer are appropriate for the compression load and media exposure before installation. Consult applicable codes such as ASHRAE, IFGC, or local mechanical codes when using sealing materials in pressurized or refrigerant-carrying systems.
