The USA INDUSTRIALS BULK-RS-H60MD-81 is a metal-detectable Buna-N (nitrile) rubber strip designed for use in food processing, beverage production, and pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Measuring 36 inches long by 2 inches wide and 1/32 inch thick, this strip incorporates metal fillers throughout the rubber compound. Those fillers allow fragments to be identified and captured by inline metal detection systems if the strip tears or enters a process stream. A 60A durometer acrylic adhesive backing provides secure installation on clean, flat surfaces. The strip is blue for high visual contrast and is manufactured from FDA-compliant materials.

This strip is suited for gasket fabrication, sealing, cushioning, and masking applications in regulated production facilities where contamination control is critical.
