The USA INDUSTRIALS BULK-RS-E60-252 is a stock-length EPDM rubber sheet roll engineered for sealing, gasketing, and general industrial applications requiring reliable elastomer performance across a wide temperature range. The roll measures 36 inches wide and carries a Shore A durometer rating of 50 to 60, placing it in the medium-soft to medium hardness range suited for compression sealing. With a tensile strength of 1000 psi and a service temperature window of -40 degrees F to 240 degrees F, this material holds up in both cold-weather outdoor installations and moderate-heat indoor environments. EPDM chemistry also provides strong resistance to weathering, ozone, and UV exposure.
This sheet roll is commonly used by plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance trades for fabricating custom gaskets, pipe wraps, vibration pads, duct seals, and weatherstripping. The 36-inch width allows tradespeople to cut parts to size on the bench without splicing narrower strips. Stock-length format means the roll ships in a standard cut rather than a custom slit, making it straightforward to order for shop stock or job-site use. The black color and EPDM compound are compatible with water, steam at moderate pressures, and many outdoor environments where ozone degradation is a concern.
Designed as a general-purpose EPDM rubber sheeting for fabrication of gaskets, seals, pads, and wraps in HVAC, plumbing, and industrial maintenance applications where EPDM compound is specified.
Cut to size using a utility knife, die cutter, or sharp shears on a firm, flat surface. Power down or depressurize the system before replacing any gasket or seal fabricated from this material. Follow applicable codes such as the IPC or IFGC when using field-cut gaskets in piping or duct assemblies. Verify that EPDM is chemically compatible with the media being sealed before installation, as EPDM is not recommended for petroleum-based fluid contact.
