The USA INDUSTRIALS BULK-PS-PTFE-193 is a virgin-grade polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) plastic sheet used in industrial, mechanical, and fluid-handling applications. At 0.125 inches thick and 24 inches wide, this sheet provides a clean, uncontaminated PTFE base stock suitable for cutting, machining, or fabricating gaskets, seals, liners, and custom components. Virgin-grade PTFE contains no reprocessed material, making it appropriate for chemical-contact and high-purity applications. The white color and smooth surface finish are consistent with standard virgin PTFE stock. Licensed tradespeople and fabricators working on plumbing, chemical processing, or HVAC applications commonly source this material for custom seal and gasket work.
This PTFE sheet is suited for applications where chemical resistance, low friction, and wide temperature tolerance are required. It is commonly used in plumbing and piping systems for fabricating custom gaskets and thread-seal components, in HVAC and refrigeration for insulating or sealing fittings, and in light industrial settings for wear pads, slide surfaces, and chemical-resistant liners. The 24-inch width and 2-foot length provide usable stock for most standard fabrication tasks without requiring additional jointing.
Designed as a general-purpose virgin PTFE sheet stock for fabricating gaskets, seals, liners, and custom components in plumbing, chemical, HVAC, and industrial applications.
Cut and fabricate PTFE sheet using sharp tooling - dull blades can tear or distort the material edge. When using this sheet to fabricate gaskets for pressurized systems, ensure the finished component meets the pressure and temperature ratings required by the applicable code, such as IPC or ASME standards. Always de-energize, depressurize, and isolate any system before replacing seals or gaskets. PTFE is not suitable for applications involving molten alkali metals or fluorine gas.
