Product Description

US Seal PS-437V is a mechanical pump seal for 0.750 in shafts in a Type D (equivalent to John Crane Type 2) configuration. It uses a cup-mounted ceramic mating ring with a carbon primary ring and Viton elastomers; metal parts are brass and the spring is stainless steel. The design includes self-adjusting elastomer bellows and a large single coil spring and is intended for rotary shaft equipment such as pumps, mixers, blenders, and compressors. Maximum rating: 400 F (204 C), up to 350 psi (24.1 Bar).
