The US MOTORS 1815 is a two-horsepower, three-phase standard-efficiency AC motor designed for commercial and industrial HVAC applications. It runs at 1725 RPM nameplate speed on a 56HZ frame with a rigid mount configuration and an OPAO (open protected air over) enclosure. The motor accepts multiple voltage inputs — 208 to 230 volts, 460 volts, 190 volts, and 380 volts — making it adaptable to a range of electrical service configurations. A full-load efficiency rating of 85.80 percent and a service factor of 1.15 give it reliable headroom under variable load conditions. Ball bearings and Class B insulation support sustained operation in typical air-over environments. Licensed HVAC technicians and motor service professionals are the primary installers.
This motor is suited for forced-air HVAC equipment where three-phase power is available. The OPAO enclosure style is intended for installations where the motor is cooled by the airstream passing over it, such as in direct-drive or belt-drive fan and blower assemblies. The reversible rotation direction adds flexibility during installation or system replacement. It operates on both 60 Hz and 50 Hz power, making it usable in North American and select international applications. The rigid mount style requires a solid, flat mounting surface appropriate to the 56HZ frame footprint.

The 5/8-inch shaft diameter should be verified against the driven component coupling or pulley bore before mounting.
