The URELL 59896341 is a three-speed, wet-rotor in-line circulator pump rated at 1/25 HP and 115 volts, 60 Hz, single phase, drawing 0.75 amps at 87 watts. Built with an ASTM Grade 30 cast iron casing and a closed polyethersulfone composite impeller, it delivers flow rates from 0 to 17 GPM against a discharge head of 58 decimeters. The ceramic face shaft seal and aluminum oxide ceramic shaft are designed for long-term, maintenance-free operation in closed hydronic systems. A licensed HVAC technician or plumber typically handles installation. The pump ships with a line cord and aquastat and features a built-in timer and integral check valve.
This pump is suited for residential and light commercial applications including boiler and hydronic heating, radiant floor heating, hydronic fan-coil systems, ground-source heat pumps, solar heating, and heat recovery systems. It is rated for liquid temperatures from 36 to 230 degrees F in a closed system and carries a working pressure rating of 145 psi. The GF 15/26 flanged end connections on both inlet and outlet make it a straightforward drop-in replacement in compatible piping configurations.
Designed for use in boiler and hydronic heating systems, radiant floor heating, ground-source heat pumps, solar heating, and heat recovery applications in residential or light commercial installations with GF 15/26 flanged piping connections.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician or plumber in accordance with applicable local codes. Shut off power to the system and isolate the loop before removing or installing the pump. The pump must be installed in a closed system within the rated temperature and pressure limits. Do not run the pump dry, as the wet rotor depends on system fluid for bearing lubrication and cooling.
