The U.S. TSUBAKI 60B19F-1C is a finished bore roller chain sprocket engineered for use with ANSI No. 60 roller chain. It carries 19 teeth on a 3/4 inch pitch, producing an outside diameter of 4.95 inches. The finished bore is sized at 1-3/16 inches, meaning the hub is already machined to final dimension and ready for shaft installation without secondary boring. This sprocket is a standard power-transmission component installed by millwrights, industrial maintenance technicians, and mechanical contractors in drive train assemblies across a wide range of equipment.
This sprocket is suited for light-to-medium duty power transmission applications in industrial, agricultural, and commercial equipment. It performs in conveyor drives, packaging machinery, material handling systems, and similar chain-drive setups where ANSI No. 60 roller chain is specified. The finished bore design simplifies installation when the shaft diameter matches the 1-3/16 inch bore, making it a direct drop-in for new builds and replacement applications alike.
Designed for use with ANSI No. 60 roller chain at 3/4 inch pitch. Suitable as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation sprocket in any chain drive assembly specifying a 19-tooth, 3/4 inch pitch finished bore sprocket with a 1-3/16 inch bore diameter.
Installation is typically performed by a millwright or qualified mechanical technician. Before servicing any drive assembly, de-energize the equipment, lock out and tag out the power source per applicable OSHA LOTO procedures, and relieve any stored mechanical energy. Verify shaft diameter precisely before installation, as a finished bore sprocket cannot be rebored without specialized equipment. Ensure the sprocket is properly aligned with mating sprockets and that the chain tension is set according to the equipment manufacturer's specifications before returning the drive to service.
