The Tyco 57740ACP is a Grinnell G-Fire lightweight rigid coupling designed for fire protection systems. This four by four inch coupling provides a rigid joint by gripping the pipe grooves along the full circumference. It joins pipes and serves as an alternative to welding, threading, or flanges. The coupling is constructed from carbon steel, ductile iron, and rubber with a painted coating and includes a standard grade A EPDMA pre-lubricated gasket.
