The TWECO 2150f is a self-insulated, flush-style MIG welding nozzle designed for GMAW applications. Built in the Tweco Style 21 Series, it features a 1/2 inch bore diameter and a 3/4 inch threaded connection, making it a direct-fit replacement for a wide range of Tweco-compatible MIG guns. The nozzle is constructed from copper for reliable heat dissipation and conductivity. Rated at 100 amps on standard duty cycles, it suits light-to-medium production welding environments. Sold as a 2-pack, this conical-shaped, 3-piece nozzle maintains a flush to 1/16 inch tip recess relationship for consistent shielding gas coverage at the weld zone.
This nozzle is used in MIG welding setups where a Tweco-style connection is required. It is compatible with Tweco Classic No. 1, Mini-Mig 160, and Spray Master 250 MIG gun series, as well as a broad range of Tweco gun models including the 35-10, 35-12, 35-15, 110-3035, 110-4045, 112-3035, 112-4045, 115-3035, 115-4045, 120-3035, 120-4045, L35-10, L35-12, L35-15, L35-15PM, M110-3035, M112-3035, M115-3035, M23-10, M35-10, and additional models in the same family. Installation is performed by welding technicians or maintenance personnel familiar with GMAW equipment. Always power down and disconnect the MIG gun from the wire feeder before replacing nozzle components. Thread the nozzle onto the gas diffuser by hand first, then snug to avoid cross-threading or damage to the copper threads. Inspect the contact tip and gas diffuser for wear at each nozzle replacement interval.
