Machined from 360 brass alloy bar stock, this diffuser delivers consistent dimensional stability and reliable electrical conductivity across medium to heavy duty welding applications. It measures 2.521 inches in overall length and features an M12 x 1.5-6g external coarse thread that allows nozzle assemblies to thread directly over the conductor tube. Six gas holes measuring 0.094 inches distribute shielding gas evenly around the weld zone. A silicone O-ring provides a secure seal against the nozzle assembly to prevent gas leakage during operation.
