The TWECO 1500-1140 is a brass gas diffuser designed for use with slip-on nozzle assemblies and 200 A Tweco Mini-MIG-Gun series welding equipment, as well as eliminator front-end consumables. Machined from 360 brass alloy bar stock, this diffuser delivers consistent dimensional stability and reliable electrical conductivity in light to medium duty MIG welding applications up to 200 A. The part number is rolled-stamped on the external surface for quick field identification. This diffuser is installed by welding technicians during routine front-end consumable service and replacement.

This gas diffuser is suited for light to medium duty MIG welding applications requiring a slip-on nozzle assembly configuration.
